At least one of the authors
listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration by the
requested registration deadline.
The student price is only applicable to the First author who is
a student currently.
For those listeners, who do not need to submit a paper or an
abstract to the conference, we advise you to follow the
registration form and finish registration. Easy and quick!
Students Rate: Student rates are given to a paper whose first
author/ presenter is a student requirement to show their student
card(s).
Additional Papers: When the first author is the same, the extra
papers(from the second paper) can registered as additional
paper.
Publication Policy: Each paid registration covers only one
paper.

For listeners, please do the registration online at first here.
When you submit the registration form, the conference secretary
will contact you within 3 days to confirm your registration.

Cancellation Policy
Every participant should finish
the registration before he can attend the conference. If a
registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may
substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of
co-authors or from the same institute/organization.
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to
Covid-19 reasons, the following refund policy applies.
60 days ahead of the conference: Full refund but 30 USD service
fee is excluded
45 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Personal Reason
The ICSSH 2024 cannot refund or
pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is
prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal
reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health
issues, financial default etc.
Force Majeure
The ICSSH 2024 cannot accept
responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the
performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason
of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event
which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid.
Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or
other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil
strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire,
adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or
threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar
situations beyond our control.
Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to
change the date and place of the conference under the reason of
amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the
conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change
and refund policy.
Security Policy
Considering the personal and
property safety of the delegates, the participants are required
to enter and exit the venue wearing the conference name tag, and
not to lend the name tag to others. Non-participants are not
allowed to enter the conference without permission.
Please take care of your personal
belongings; the organizer of the conference does not assume any
responsibility for the loss of personal finances.
